Community Involvement

We knew shorty after relocating to The Triangle, that we wanted to be involved and make this our home. Part of making an area your home is finding like minded people, businesses and charities. It is with this belief that we’ve chosen to include our involvement here.

Volunteering has always been a huge part of our lives. UNC Chapel Hill Hospital was the first place we became involved with right after moving here. It has organically snowballed since then. We are not only on the Volunteer Association Board, but also help with the Clothing Closet, Cancer Hospital Coffee Carts, High School Career Symposium, among many other things. Giving back and being involved is such a large part of our lives and our girls’ lives. Hopefully, when our daughters are grown, they will look at volunteering as not if they will do it, but how they will.
